i think if you give up or forfeit a rated game then the player who wins should get the win and the loser should get the lost on their record. i think this will force more people to hop vs forfeit. it make it fair to the one who already hopped.what are your thoughts on this and can it be done?

It can be done, but you wouldn't get the other person's car. Also It could only be done for Give Up. Forfeit is if somebody gets the challenge and does not want to hop, that should count against them.
