FAQ

The game is created with the Havok Physics Engine (http://www.havok.com), which allows interaction between objects or other characters in real-time. By using physics simulation, Havok allows for more lifelike worlds and animation, such as ragdoll physics.

That means the car is controlled by the power of the switch and when you press it.
There is no preset inches in the game every hit is measured from the floor
Up to the wheel just like you measure a hopper in real life
It is close to imposible to get the same score as another player


GENERAL:
There are 4 slots in your profile to save up to 4 cars. You can also buy up to 16 more if you like:

The final game will have 10 cars available to purchase.

There are 3 highscores for each user.
Single Pump High Score
Double Pump High Score
Street High Score (Includes Gas Hopping)

The scores are listed on the highscore board for the current month.
The top 3 of each categorie will be saved into a different page each month.
The top 3 scores for the current month are also displayed on the first page of the website.

REGULAR GAME:
If you dont place a bet or set it to 0 the bet will be $500 dollars
If you win you get $500 dollars
If you lose you won't get or lose anything

BET:
If you play the AI and bet 1,000 dollars
If you win you will win 1,000
If you lose you will lose 1,000

CHALLENGES:
You can challenge a player in the forum by looking in there profile and selecting challenge player.

There are 2 options when challenging a player
1. Single Pump
2. Double Pump
When in a challenge you may only choose the type of car in that challenge and you do not have access to Paint or Hydraulics when in a challenge.
After the challenge is over the normal game will load.

When in a challenge
The 1st player to start the challenge will have a random car loaded for his opponent.
The 2nd player to start the challenge will have the other challenger's car
Load.
If both players play the challenge at the same time they will both have a random car load for there opponent.

Single pump Upgrades
8 10, and 12 batteries
The first 3 Hydraulics upgrades
Any suspension level

Double pump
All Upgrades are available


*** NOTE ***
If your cash is altered in any way outside of the game you will need to close it and reload it or your progress will not be saved. (Example buying a car)

Changes on version 8.0
3/1/07

1. Height is not recorded if you hit the wall or other car.

2. If you hit the other car or wall during the game it will be stopped. (So be careful where you park)

3. AI's car can now have a convertible top.

4. When playing a game the AI will automatically raise to the max height.

5. When playing a challenge the AI car will automatically adjust to your opponent’s height.

6. Cars now have to be on the floor to start a game.

7. Fixed bug where the drive shaft would extend out of the car. (Flipper function is not complete)

8. Maximum bet amount is now 2,000.

Challenges:

Examples:
Druid challenges player 1

I challenge him and go directly to the game and hop.

I will be told player 1 challenged me and if I want to accept or decline.

If I accept I will be taken into the game and the first hop will be recorded as my score.
When I hop it will be against a random car because the system doesnt know what car Player 1 will use yet.

If I leave the after I said accept and dont complete the first hop I will automatically forfeit.

If I complete the first hop It will record my score and car. After that I will be back in the regular game.


When player 1 logs in it will tell him Druid challenged him and if he wants to accept or decline.
My car will appear in player 1's game because it has already recorded my car when I played.
After both players are done the score will be save on the Main page. If any one of them declines or forfeits it does not appear.

New Bet Version Available.

Fixes:

Increased A-Arm Extension. (I will be adding a selection for this later)

Better Load times.

The Game will no longer reload your cars when selecting Paint or Hydraulics.

If you reset the game and select the same car or car model the game will reuse your current model to prevent reloading.

The game will not reload the AI car model if you reset the game and the random car that is generated is the same model as before.

Small changes to make the game work with special characters. (Not working for all characters yet)
