do you want to lay &play or hop. can you weld. if not got to a shop. they know more then you think. even if you just lay and play i would have my towers done and maybe a partial frame wrap. and if you want to hop the same foe singgle pump if you stay under 40 in. any thing above that the frame takes a beating so you need full frame wrap.dp te same then theres trailing arms upper and lower. extend or not drop mounts or not. battery rack. weight or not . one front to back hose or two . y block in the front or the back. solenoids how many.stokes for hopping or lay and play .coils to hop or lay and play. piston pump or comp or street.damn and then there all other kind of tricks. best advice og to a good shop there are some who can do it at home i did it but i also know how to weld and still had vmax did my arms after i cut them and i used caddy a arms on a 85 cutlas supreme. unbreakable ball joints.# 6 or 8 hose size fitting to use. i did eight batteries ,single gate 14 inche stokes . shocks . 41/2 ton coils broken in adex and the car did 43 all day long and hit bumper. so it all depends on what you want. best advice go to a shop there is one in palm springs on Ramon across from fat burgers. not to far from you.

The bridge is good for 3 wheeling so you can add chains, but it also gives more strength. You can chain your front a-arms, but I would recommend reinforcing them also because the stress will be less on your your ball joints but the arms take an impact when they are restricted by the chains.
I would recommend wrapping the frame. You can do the stress points but that only last for so long depending on how you treat it. Think of it like a Pencil right if you wanted to make it strong you can wrap it with material, but if you wrap the tip of it and the end that makes the middle even weaker. It is best to wrap the entire frame then to just leave patches with no reinforcement. You can always reinforce the stress points also then just see if you see any stress anywhere and reinforce there. Example the belly where the engine goes and also the spot right under the front of the door where the fender bolts on, those can start flexing.

Hey btw they have reinforcement templates on ebay that you can just order and weld in. Thats a good start I guess or just trace your frame out on cardboard and take it to a metal shop so they can cut it for you.

i doubt that you will find templates for that car on ebay . better to trace on cardboard and have them cut out for you . stay away from chains in the front no real hopper does that.and as stated before me frame wrap to me is the most important thing. frame cracks or flex and it dont matter what brand or how much you paid car is done. so pay close attention to the the frame.

2 me its not really what you want to do with your car... its how much you could afford...
sure you can go 2 a shop, but fix it yourself and your straight...
average lay and play is six or 4 batteries, i use 0 gauge wire all around, 2 pumps, 4 dumps, 6 or 4 soleiods, powerballs, 8" & 14" cylinders, your choice of coils, no. 6 hose all around, always rack welded on frame, kitty hair the inner rear corner panels to avoid buckling from three wheeling, extension of upper a-arms and what kind of tuck you want "how fast you want the rires 2 wear down lol", wishhbone link, i dont believe in stress points, 1/2 or 5/8 inch reinforcement all around, 8 switches...
for hoppin you also reinforce the front lower arms, so the coil dont rip through, longer cylinders in the rear, telesopics? slip-yoke driveshaft... reinforce the axle, bridge the rear, it can be done underneath the body so you get more trunk space, want subwoofers in your trunk?
chains in the rear 2 keep your shit stable, no. 8 hoses, y block in front or back, street? comp? piston? 9? 11? 13? Fuses? gas-hop?
gotta get your front cylinders sleeved so it doesn't slip sideways and bend a stroke and damage a valve cover on your motor...
chains in front are for when the ball joints break and the coil aint gonna shoot out and hit some1 or sumnthin...
do you wanna rest the frame on pavment when you park, "lay low", then you risk being stuck when a hose leaks or a bad check valve... always carry a jack... 4x4 wood blocks... extra soleniods, and oil...
chrome? powercoat? kandy? TIRES? number of batteries?
everything is an option, theres so much you can do, and it can still be a dependable daily driver...
its all on how you treat it... and who u let hit your switch... there's rules to this game, main one is have fun...
