you were in the right section . check the dates on those tutorials , they have been updated many times since then . and if you look to the left at the home you will see car auctions, the multiplayer option is not where you can actually see the other players when you hop but that there are players that you can send hops to and send pms to. most info on this game can be found in the forums . iit should say check there also .
