Umm, I don't think there is an option to start again. What you can do now, is first hop against the AI, so you got at least $100. First, buy springs ( important!!, otherwise, it's damn hard to win). If you got the springs, hop against the AI untill you got enough to buy some more stuff for your car like competion pumps (I started first with my paint, and then installed better hydros, but that's only how I do it
