Having the same problem! FREE PARTS? PLZ EXPLAIN! No matter what I click on concerning hydros...it does nothing? The only thing I have been able to do is throw some paint on it. Mabey I shouldn't have done that yet. Didn't realize it cost money to change color....should have figured.

press purchase at the bottom of all the upgrades and then press save the first upgrades r free

Just tried your suggestion. The only buttons I have are "change", "save" & "cancel". Nothing happens when I click change and can't find a "purchase" button anywhere.
