To post the picture you have to first take a screenshot while your in the game. (Press print screen)
Open MS paint and paste.
From paint you can Cut the image up so it shows what you want then save it as a jpg file.
Create a post and youll see a link at the bottom of the textbox that says "Add image to post"

You know what... Now that you mention it I remember getting the same car frm Cali Rydah. He probably rebuilds it when he loses it.
