Re: Chicano Park Samba No its chicano park, its a true story i believe from the 70's, there was a small piece of land under a freeway in San Diego and the chicanos wanted the city of san diego to build a park but the city decided to make a highway patrol station i believe it was, so the chicanos from the varrio got there shovels and made there own park and it was known as chicano park til this day, I have an uncle that took part in it.
