It's probably because you have ' in your username. Login to the forum first then go to the game, it will automatically recognize you and let you in. I need to change it so it allows special characters.

okay when i put my user name and i pick the car it says standby but the game never loads

Actually I think that has to do with the ' in your name. That is probably the same reason why you see an error at the top of this page. Ill look into and let you know what to do.
