EI WHY DOES IT SAY ALL MY CARS ARE SINGLE PUMP EVEN THO ALL ALLREADY BOUGHT ALL THE UPGRADES FOR THE CARS? ANY IDEA?

Because you didn't assign to pumps to the front. Single pump is 1 pump to the front and double pump is 2 pumps to the front. You need to assign 1 pump to each front wheel.

go to your hydrolics and look at the bottom were it says pump assignment and change it so that the highlighted numbers read of 1 23 4 thats exactly what it should look like no space between 2 and 3
