ey when i tried 2 play it sayed me needed 2 upgrade unity so i downloaded nd tryed 2 run it nd sayed "extract:error writing to file webplayer_win.dll" and wont download any1 kno why?

Make sure it's uninstalled from Add/Remove programs before trying to reinstall it. Other then that if you know a good technical person that can look at your computer they may be able to figure out whats wrong.
